The Basketball Classes are operated following the current KBC training regiment to introduce basketball to children.
The Training Regiment:
1. Basic fitness and strength training - with focus in developing a solid foundation of fitness and strength for high-school level training, the classes create positive stimulus to children's growth through stretches and jumping drills.
2. Skill training - developmental focus is on creating a solid fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, game rules and other basic qualities. These fundamentals allow for children to thrive at their current or highschool levels.
3. Sportsmanship and mentality -through healthy competition and learning opportunities about sportsmanship, the children get
the opportunity to experience the thrill of the sport as well as heightened concentration and leadership skills.
